Microwave Sintering Rapid Synthesis of Nano/Micron β-SiC from Waste Lithium Battery Graphite and Photovoltaic Silicon to Achieve Carbon Reduction

The paper describes one promising method and approach for the recycling, reuse, co-resource treatment of waste photovoltaic silicon lithium battery anode graphite. Specifically, this work considers preparation nano/micron carbide (SiC) from resources. Using activated carbon as a microwave susceptor over very short timeframe, research shows that β-SiC can be successfully synthesized using sintering technology. used temperature is significantly faster more energy-efficient than traditional processes. results show particle growth morphology greatly affected by time. In time, product in form clusters. clusters tended to regenerated into nanorods after appropriately extending context heat conversion resource saving, comprehensive CO2 emission reduction higher SiC production method.
